We moved here a bit ago and I still have not found out how to find local events or publications. Do you find info in magazines or online websites, other than going to the city parks and recreation pages?
Easter is coming early this year and I dearly love watching the kids in an Easter Egg Hunt. Can some of you share where they are having one this year? I'm open to all locations.
This weekend there is a HUGE Easter Egg Hunt in Brentwood that is put on by Mountain View Christian Center
Easter Eggstravaganza. This Saturday, Mountain View Christian Center at Liberty High School, Brentwood. ###-###-####. Free.
We've been to this the past two years and LOVE it.
We're driving out to Woodland to go to an Easter egg hunt there with friends who live there (it's being held at the Yolo Fairgrounds at 10 am). There used to be one every year in our neighborhood in Roseville, but it was sponsored by a realtor and I would guess she just couldn't afford to do it this year given market conditions. I checked the city of Roseville's website and couldn't find anything sponsored by the city.
In ANtelope their are 2 that I know of. One at Tetom Park at North Loop and Don Julio put on by the church close by. If you go by the park there are flyers that give a website to check out times ( I don't live over there anymore otherwise I would find out the website); and then the other church on Walegra and PFE has one. You do not have to be a member of the church to participate either.
