If you don't want to do the whole biscuits and gravy thing and just do a spread of bagels, muffins, egg casserole and such here is a great sausage biscuit recipe that is super easy and can be prepped the night before and baked the morning of. Get the prepared pizza dough(the ones in those cardboard rolls in the fridge section) roll out and then spread ground sausage (from the plastic roll) then roll up and wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer. Put it out the next morning and let it partially thaw so it is easier to slice. Slice into rounds and then back at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, you will be able to tell when they are done. They are always a huge hit and very buffet/snack friendly. Congrats and have fun!
