We used them about 18 months ago to install our counter tops. Overall, we are happy with them but I did have a few issues. They were not very clear with the overall process. We didn't know we were supposed to go pick out our slab until the warehouse told us we were late to an appointment. When they installed the counter tops and the backsplash they were going to put tile on top of wallpaper but I caught it and had them remove the wallpaper. I can just imaging removing the wallpaper and having part of my backsplash come with it. They didn't do a great job of finishing out things i.e. they never anchored the dishwasher down. To this day I can just pull it out. There are also placed under the counter where a piece of molding came off that they never replaced. None of it is really that big of a deal but it is annoying. We mentioned these things to them and they said they didn't want to come out and fix them, that it was not really part of what they do.
We worked with Daneya (I would not have been able to tell you her name but I assume we are talking about the same person) to put the bid together. She was very nice and seems to understand her business but her overall business sense is not well developed. I think their price was fair and I think the owners want to do the right thing but overall I think there are things they could do to improve the customer experience. I would consider using them again but only if I were able to supervise the project in my home.
