you'll be ok, just try and stay hydrated. I lost over 18 pounds with my first and dehydration was really my only issue because I vomited non-stop. What really helped me was to freeze gatorade, then smash the bottle(I would beat it on the edge of the counter) and make it into a slush and eat it w/ a spoon. It was the ONLY thing I could keep down. You'll get through it, just keep trying something until it works.
