You are just trying to find out how many of us have big booties huh? lol
I have a round, quite soft butt. My butt eats regular panties and bathing suits as well. I wore thongs for a zillion years, but now I never wear underwear unless I have to, and there arent many occasions for that in my life these days. I used to wear granny panties when I had to put a menstrual pad in them for night time.
If your man loves you and your ASSets, he wont mind the thong packaging. Bikini panties leave a little more to the imagination tho, some men like those better.

I have always had a rather sizeable butt, even when i was too skinny,, since every man ive ever dated has liked it, im not self conscience about it. even now. I have all types of undies, i like the thongs and almost thongs when i wear things you will be able to see panty lines in, and i wear breifs with nightgowns, skirts and dresses. The occasional boy short slips in but this is rare, because they ride up on our big fannies.

It all depends on what your husband likes, if he likes your big butt like mine does (and most men do) id rock the thongs.

Hi L., my, ahem, mature bottom, prefers 'boyfriend' cut goochies (as my mom calls them), low waisted too so they won't show. The very silky fabric feels really nice but makes my pants slide right off me (no hipbones holdin' up the breeches anymore, sigh), so I like plain nylon or cotton.

Will you be examining bras next week? Cause I got a few things to say about the girls too!

I wear bikinis, but by the end of the day they all turn into thongs (and not very comnfortable or sexy ones at that).
My husband keeps telling me to go straight for the thong, but I question whether he is really considering my needs first or his.

If your hubby LIKES thongs, and he LIKES your bum... then the only other person to see you bum is you. So it's all on you. None of us can see your bum after all! :)

(And thongs make bums look smaller, speaking as an artist. It has to do with seeing a big swath of material stretched across it, or just the continuous line of skin. The more fabric, the bigger a bum *looks*. Imagine granny panties versus bikinis. WHICH actually makes your bum look bigger?)

ive fallen in love with french cut underwear and boy cut underwear. i use to wear thongs alot, but with being 36 weeks preggo, i like my bum covered up a littel more, i dont know why... its kinda like ive only wanted to listen to country music since i got preggo, weird huh? i honestly dont care if my panties leave a line right now, whos going to be starring that hard at my preggo bum anyway? besides my husband who loves my bum :) and he could care less if my underwear shows through my pants. wear what you feel is comfortable, be comfortable in your own skin, wether its bigger than most :) every women is beautiful!

i go commando most of the time..now i do like the boy short type panties..they do ride up some ..but they end up being panties and not thongs when they ride up!

During my regular day, I prefer to wear bikini briefs with elastic around the thighs. I've got the 'hourglass' figure too. I'm probably just a lot shorter than you are. : )

I have a big butt, and my boyfriend likes it, and so do I (I am an hour glass). He likes that thongs and g-strings show it off more, and that it highlights just how much booty I have.
I do like a g-string over a thong and I don't feel it at all. My other favorite type of undies are stretchy booty shorts.
I honestly feel like you just have to try the brands to see which is the most comfortable for you. Be proud of those curves! =)

Just about the thong question. I am bigger than you and 7 1/2 months pregnant with my third. My butt is MUCH larger than the rest of me...damn. When I was a size 18 on top I was still a 24/26 on bottom.
If I wear a thong (and I only have ONE...so he knows what's up!) my husband goes wild. He loves the big butt. And while I may be a bit self conscious about it, he would ONLY have me in thongs if he could. Don't worry about if it highlights how much "bum" you have, your guy probably loves it!
