My Good friend might be moving to the suburbs. Can anyone recommend good schools and neighborhoods in Grapevine and surrounding areas. What areas would you recommend and which areas would you NOT recommend.
Thank You!

I live in Coppell and I love it. It's a small town and kept well. It's pretty quiet in most parts. I moved here because I didn't want to have to send my daughter to a private school. We are right next to Grapevine. Good luck!

Birdville School Dist. is now one of the best in the area. There are many great neighborhoods in North Richland Hills and the Hurst are. But if you want something closer to Grapevine and Hwy 114, there is an awesome neighborhood called Chadwick Farms located off 114 and Cleveland-Gibbs Rd. It is about 10 min from Grapevine headed toward the TX Motor Speedway just before you get to 35W. We have many community activies monthly, such as a meet your neighbor dinner, bible study groups, walking groups, and Bunco night, pool parties....etc.

LISD Lewisville Indep School District has great schools. We love Flower Mound.

Southlake has great schools too. It depends on where you work, if you work in Irving either would be fine for you. If you work in Ft. Worth, then Southlake is closer.

If their kids are special needs or even AP, I'd stay away from Keller. How's that?
