I love Bellazio in Centerville. I've had massages, manis and pedis there and just loved the experience. We once got my mom a package there and she could bring a friend. It also included lunch for the two of them. Very nice.

There are only a handful of really nice spas in the area so you are probably going to hear the same few suggestions over and over, but here are mine, just in case:
Square One (there is a downtown Dayton spa and one in Centerville. Both are terrific.)
O'Neys (Centerville)
Since I live in Yellow Springs now, I've been going to the Aveda salon there. It is smaller than the others, but they do everything from hair to massage, and your mom might enjoy window shopping in this unique village/downtown setting.

I've gone to Micheals in Centerville, Hausfields at the Greene, and O'Neys. I really like Hausfields at the Greene. And they usually have speacials for Mothers Day!
