I'm having it done it two weeks, thank you for telling us about it. My husband and I were going to go the vasectomy route too, but my insurance covers this and his doesn't cover his.
Lucky me
I got my Essure done yesterday! Easy Peasy! It definitely smarted during the procedure, and I had menstrual like cramps for about an hour after, but today, I feel totally normal! So glad we did not go the vasectomy route. Who else has had it? Did it stay this easy?

I had it done January 16!
Same thing, only I really didn't even have pain during the procedure.
After the cramping for an hour after the procedure, I've felt nothing else.
Scheudling my HSG test next month. :)
Had that done three years ago. LOVED IT!
I got mine done about 6 years ago, when it was still new. I LOVE IT no problems ever
I'm still debating between the 2 options but glad to know it was easy!
I had it done last year and I'm pretty happy with it. It hurts really bad when I ovulate now, and sometimes I have twinges of pain around where I assume my fallopian tubes are, especially on my right side. But overall, no problems. I do miss my periods being so light like they were while I was on birth control. I'm back to crampy, heavy periods like I had before I went on BC. Boo. But I love not having to take the pill and I am adjusting to my natural hormones and mood swings. :-) I still use a backup form of birth control, especially around ovulation times. I'm too paranoid and I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO don't want to get pregnant.
