Does anyone have some personal tips (not traditional medicine) on how to alleviate the pain or make it more managable? I have looked at websites and such but with all you mamas out there I am sure there are alot of good tips.
Thank you.

Turmeric is available in the spice section of your grocery store and it is antii-inflammatory. The taste is not that great but it does help.
You take one teaspoon and a lot of water. Do it three times a day.
Just take the spice and not any pills with other additives in them.
I am sorry about your knee!

Hi S.,
I use this website when I am looking for non traditional remedies.
www.earthclinic.com
I like it because regular people like you and me go on there and post whether the remedy worked or did not work for them.
Check it out.
Good Luck!!
Blessings

My husband has terrible gout and until recently was getting constant attacks. Pure cherry juice, or just eating tons of cherries did help him some, but eventually he did have to turn to medication to get full relief. Now, he hasn't had an attack in over a year.

No remedies but do you know what triggers your gout? I know red wine triggers mine.

Pain sucks doesn't it! My dr calls me the "poster child for managing arthritis pain naturally". When I did eventually have my hip replaced, all my drs and therapists said they have never seen anyone recover so quickly. I walked a mile 4 days post op.

I've been researching natural and complimentary health, healing and wellness for years. I've compiled lots of info on my website livinghealthiernow.com. There are many things that can help the body function better at a cellular level - acupuncture, reducing inflammation (keeping the body alkaline also helps), chiropractics, massage, etc.

However, the most impressive thing I've found that impacts every cell in your body is an all-natural NRF2 activator of over 3000 survival genes and 1400 enyzmes. It reduces inflammation and fibrosis (scar tissue) which is what I think made the biggest impact of getting out of the constant bone on bone pain in my hip. It also increases the production of antioxidant enzymes in your body by up to 300% (glutathione which is the master detoxifier and called "the most important molecule in your body".) It also helped with the muscular pain that would keep me awake at night. Your body's own antioxidant enzymes are more than a million times more effective than any supplement, super juice or food you can take at fighting free radicals. abcliveit.com has the ABC Prime Time Live Report on it plus an update. You can get it at wholesale as a preferred customer (free program) at lifevantage.com/livinghealthiernow and click enroll.

Email me with any questions. It just helps the body do what the body already knows how to do. Lots of science on it too at pubmed.gov and search Protandim.
