Oh goodness, why are you so worried about 6 pounds? I was expecting to read you were 40 pounds overweight, or something. Then I read 6 pounds and thought, "How nit-picky!" I would say, stop focusing on those pounds. Walk frequently (or whatever exercise you prefer), eat healthy with junk in moderation, and you will start looking the ay you want. You might find when you stop obsessing over a handful of pounds, you actually DO like the way you look!
