You have to go to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch this fall. I love it and its free. My son is over 2.5 and it will be the first year he will really enjoy it.

Also, I think the Vista Ridge Mall does a trick or treat thing. Otherwise, find a nice and safe looking neighborhood and trick or treat there. I think trick or treaters start at about 6:30. I am never sure on the time.

Im adding http://www.parkersquare.com/eventsie.htm

Also, visit the area citys web sites such of www.cityoflewisville.com or http://www.flower-mound.com/ and look at their calander of events.

Lewisville:
Autumn Extravaganza (Halloween carnival)
Trick or Treat in doors in a safe environment at the Civic Circle Recreation Center located at 191 Civic Circle Drive, Lewisville, TX 75067 Carnival games, and face painting. Don't forget to wear your costumes so you can join in the fun during our annual Costume Contest.

On a side note, it is usually to hot for most costumes here. Try to find something that you can change what they wear under it. Last year was cold but the years before that were too hot.

Have fun,
SAHM TLee

My church has a "Fall Festival" which is a lot of fun! It's a carnival of sorts where kids get to dress up, play games, and eat candy!! It's a safe place to bring your kids---normally, I don't recognize half the people there because people come from all over the community--you don't have to be a member of our church. Oh, it's First Baptist, The Colony--I don't know where you live in Lewisville, but we have quite a few people that live in Lewisville that attend our church. If you're interested in directions or more info, please email me back. ____@____.com--Happy Halloween!!

I agree that you must go to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch... but there are two right next to each other on 1171. I like the one at the Balekian Farm. If you're coming from Lewisville on 1171 it would be the one right at the corner of Scenic Drive and 1171. They do a hay maze for kids, hay rides, bounce house etc. They start weeks before Halloween and it is very nice.
