Just out of curiousity...if you are dressing up for halloween, what are you going to be? I have two adult costume parties to attend, and I absolutely love to dress up for Halloween every year! :) Last year I did the naughty school girl thing, which was fun; but I want to do something that is a bit more creative (but easy) this year. Thanks to anyone who feels like responding!

I'm with you, I love to dress up, you're never too old to enjoy Halloween. Last year I went as a pixie. It was a great costume with giant glitter wings. I bought a pouch purse and filled it with all different colors of glitter and sprinkled "Pixie Dust" on party goers all night. People got a big kick out of it.
I am not sure yet but I am thinking of being "the (wo)man in the yellow hat" next to my 2 year old curious george. It depends if i have enough time to sew up a quick yellow outfit.
I am all about dressing up with humor. About 10 years ago a girlfriend and i dressed up as trashy women. It was very easy. All you have to wear is a trash bag and a plastic trash can. (cut out the bottom of course) Doll yourself up from the neck up and make a hat out of the can lid. Add some stocking and a shirt and you have a costume. We won money that night at the bar. I don't know if that is what you were looking for but I thought I would share.
Happy Halloween

i have been a witch so many times- from the evil witch to the sexy witch. last year my husband and i was a god and goddess- that was fun. this year i'm going to be a doctor. i had found a cute costume of some scrubs-thinking about painting some red (blood) in the middle of the shirt and painting my face white with blackened eyes so i can be ''dr. death.'' but working in a school where we all dress up i think that that may be a little too scary for the little ones- but for later in would be alright.
