I dressed up as a man for Halloween last year, and it was a HIT... and best of all FREE! I just put my hair under one of my fiance's hats, wore some of his work clothes and boots, and used a brown eyeliner pencil to dash on some stubble. (Luckily, I am not very well endowed, so I could pull it off... lol) I got a kick out of one woman when I took my 4-year old brother Trick or Treating... She said "here's some candy for Daddy!" and tossed me a candy bar... I called out "thanks!" and she absolutely goggled at me, then burst out laughing. :)

LOL, they must really go all out if they're giving you looks.
Party City has a HUGE selection. I'd try the Halloween stores and Party City for fit more than anything some of the stores will let you try the costumes on. Just a warning it's overwhelming! You might want to go in with an idea of what you're looking for first. There are also some good websites, buycostumes.com is usually a favorite of most people.

There are a lot of stores that only have Halloween items open this time of year. They are temporary andfor Halloween only. Lots of things to choose from and not that bad of prices.

There is usually one on the SE corner of McDermott/US 75 in Allen
NW Corner of Spring Creek/US75 in Plano

I've seen a lot more, those are the 2 we have frequented. A lot of times, they set up in a shopping center with a vacant grocery store such as an Albertsons, etc.

There are several places online but I like the shops listed above because you can try on the outfits, get a feel for what quality it is when you buy it.

Good luck and have fun.
