The web site incomeathome...I want to know the real deal on it. What's the real cost after the $39.95 and has it worked for anyone. I need real answers not someone trying to sell the product to me. Thanks

What can I do next?

That one is a SCAM. I looked into a few months ago.

I don't know "incomeathome" but I do have a home business and it is legite and has worked for me.

I think if the business sounds good to you then do your research. I did a lot of googling before I got involved in my business AND checked the Better Business Bureau to see if there were any complaints.

Also, do a comparative check on how they pay. Some home businesses pay way better than others.

If you have to pay someone in order for you to work at home to make money, then it's a SCAM. The only ones making money are them, by using all of the gullible people who send them $39.95 for "information and start up costs."

Why would you pay someone to work for them?

That is the first red flag. I smell a rat on this "opportunity".

I have never heard of that site either. I work at home(cost $29.00 to sign up) and I have to invest to start just because you have to pay a fee to start doesn't mean it isn't legit. If you were starting a pizza business or some other kind of business you would have to invest money in it working for yourself isn't free. If you work hard at whatever you do it will pay off in the end! Good Luck sorry I couldn't be more help.
Edit:So I just looked it up on line the review said it costs $9.95 to ship it to you and the $39.95 for the kit and that they are not up front about what you are actually getting that it is vitamins from herbalife! I would research it more if I were you. I researched my company even though I had already fallen in love with the products I couldn't find anything bad about it and I still hear only good things. Again good luck!

I don't know this site but I also have a legitimate in-home business. What are you paying the $39.95 for? Is it a kit of some sort? Is that the "product" you are talking about. Is that kit full of info you could find elsewhere?

Or is it a "product" of some sort that you will be re-selling? If it's a product for sale and you will be in direct sales/network marketing, then find out of the company is a member of the Direct Selling Association. That is a prestigious organization, a watchdog group, with only about 200 of the 8000+ direct sales companies in the U.S. being INVITED into it - and that's after scrutiny of their books, sales practices, compensation plan, business ethics, and much more. If a company's in the DSA, it's top notch.

Then find out what sort of training is available - do they train for free on an ongoing basis, either through webinars or through something "live" near you? Can you go to a training before you pay the fee and sign up? My company does this, for example. Training sessions are open to the public for anyone who wants to learn more.

Is the business guaranteed? Any business pays based on the amount of time and work you put into it, of course. But a few companies offer money back - for example, my company offers a 90% buyback of any unused products for an entire year, as well as a guarantee on some sales aids purchased (money back if you don't use them). This is very rare, so if that sort of a deal is offered, you are probably dealing with a reputable company that provides a lot of support.

Also, what is the compensation plan? If this is multi-level marketing (and I can't tell from your post if it is), then does the plan allow you to "go wide" as well as "work deep"? Or are you only allowed to get 2 people under you and then build down - that's a binary system and hardly anyone makes any money at it. Most of the money filters back up to the company if those two "legs" under you don't build evenly. How has the compensation plan changed over the years? Has it been increased, or cut back? Those are questions to ask. My company has increased its comp plan about 7 times in 23 years, and no money filters back up to the corporate level - that's a strong and generous company.

So those are some questions you might ask if you don't get specific info from other posts on this particular site.
