I requested a refund for my 5 bottles through their website and haven't received anything yet. I was just curious if anyone else has?
Thanks everyone. I submitted it in the first week of May.
I called Tylenol to find out why I didn't get my refund, and the woman said that it was already sent! She basically told me it must have gotten lost in the mail. Yeah right! So she double checked my address and it was correct. She then put me on on hold for 9 minutes and finally told me that a supervisor would call me back MAYBE this week. I'm thinking "maybe"? So I asked her if she could transfer me to a supervisor now, and she said it "wasn't in her means to do that". So we'll see if I ever get a call. Even if I do, I'm done with Tylenol forever.

What I have done is just take the recalled bottle...opened or not, to any Walgreens and just exchange it on the spot for a generic or whatever is the best substitute. Much easier.
I got my check for like $11.00 or so about two weeks after I submitted my request online (for the one bottle of infant motrin).
I did, a few weeks after I submitted the info.

I'm still waiting... Been well over 4 weeks. I spoke to a live rep, not done through the online system.
I received my refund about three weeks later. Maybe you should do a follow up on the website. You can also take the bottle back to the store where you purchased and get a refund also.
I recieved my checks for 3 different bottles about 2 to 3 weeks after submitting on line.
I got my refund within 2-3 weeks of submitting it on their website.

I got mine too, it just showed up in the mail. I don't remember how long it took...maybe 2-4 weeks? I thought they would try and contact me or something, but I never got an email or phone call, so I'm sure yours will appear!
I did. It took several weeks. Can't remember exactly, but I think it was 3 or 4 weeks. I got the coupon for a replacement. I don't know if it makes a difference whether you got the coupon or the check. (I was kind of dumb to get the coupon, since there is none on the shelves right now. Duh! But it is good for a few years. I just have to keep track of it. lol)
Hi! I got my check for 4 bottles. I think mine took a little longer than 4 weeks though. I was starting to wonder and then all the sudden it came in the mail. I questioned whether I was going to get it because the website said I would be getting a phone call about my submission and I never did. Is there a number on the site you can call?

I requested my refund for 5 bottles and it took about 3-4 weeks. Check arrived no problem. A few of my friends have received their checks too in about the same time frame.
I recieved my check about 4 weeks after I submitted it. The funny thing is I submitted the online claim for a refund and they said someone would contact me within a week I waited 3 and didn't hear anything so I called the company itself who's representative told me that the zyrtec and motrin I had was not in the right lot for a recall. A week later I recieved my check in the mail. Kinda fishy I think. Go with the off brand I think it works the same at half the cost.
I got a check in the mail. I also submitted on their website. I would wait about 4-6 weeks and then give them a call if you haven't gotten it. I can't remember how long the website said it could take, but I don't think mine took longer than 4 weeks. Good luck!
