maybe go over the messed up parts with white paint? But I wouldn't worry too much because I doubt he will be the only one with smudged paint.
Hi Moms,
My 4 y/o son is in a little winter themed mini-musical on Saturday. He plays a snowflake. Little did I know that the parents are responsible for making their snowflake costumes. I had to put blue paint on a foam snowflake and press it to his white shirt many times to create many snowflakes. As a result, I messed up with a couple of the snowflakes, resulting in blue paint smudges. I thought bleach would get it right out, but it didn't! Got any suggestions????? Thanks!

I'd also leave it be. Nothing I can think of wouldn't also potentially mess up what you have. You can also put some glitter on it or something to disguise the smudges,if that wouldn't be overboard.
You can try OOPs paint remover but it smells and will need to be washed out. You could also paint a bit of white or silver over those marks creating a lining or shadow.
As a creative person and an experienced mom, I would tell you to leave it alone. I love those homemade touches and that musical will go so fast you won't be able to blink! If he wears it the rest of the day, the shirt will be properly broke in!
Snow is not precise. I suggest the smudges just makes the costume more real. smile
