I was watching 3 of my nieces so the would pay me 30.00 a day that is alright since we are family. I will be watching a 2 yr boy who is not potty trained yet .My question is what should i charge to watch him from 7:30am till 3:30pm. I want to be fair but not taken advantage of.

What can I do next?

I keep children in our home. I charge $35 a day for babies and toddlers until they have completely transitioned to table food. Then I charge $40 a day. I live in Colleyville. S. W.

I think this all sounds very reasonable... I have a 28 month old that is fully potty trained in daycare and a 3.5 year old in Pre-k and pay $1500 a month!

Maybe I am just a pushover!!!

My mom runs an in home childcare and she charges $20 a day for kids who aren't potty trained and $25 for infants. She does pretty well and nobody has complained about the price.

I pay $30 per day for my daughter who is 1 1/2. Her babysitter keeps one other child and is not registered but provides great care. I feel that this is a fair amount.

Children who are not potty trained usually cost more per week in a corporate center so I think that $30 a day is good. I have been an in-home care provider for 6 years now. I hope this helps.
