$30...this is what I pay for my main floor. There is only a 1/2 bath, but also a living room with carpet.
I pay $60 on the off week to have the entire house done....althoug, I only have her do 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs.
How much would you pay for someone to come in and do the wet work house cleaning. Like the kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. To include sweeping and mopping your floors in bathroom and kitchen. Bathrooms to clean sink, counters, toliet and bathtub. Kitchen to clean counters with sanitizer behind everything (microwave, toaster ect) and kitchen tables and chairs. Sweep and mop. The rooms are clean from the clutter of clothes and dirty dishes. No vacuuming, no living rooms, just the wet work.

We pay our housekeeper $100 every 2 weeks to do just as you describe, plus vacuuming, dusting and emptying the garbage when there is any. It takes her about 3 hours to do the whole house - this includes 3 bedrooms. She is independent, versus going through a cleaning company, and she brings all her own supplies including the vacuum cleaner.
Depends on how long it takes. I would pay a cleaning person by the hour and think $15 an hour would be a fair wage.
My cleaning lady charges $20 an hour, which includes all rooms and laundry. Considering what you are offering, $15 an hour would probably be fair.
I pay $25 an hour for this work. She comes in and does the bathrooms (floor, toilet, sink and shower/tub) Kitchen, counters, stove, sink, chair tops and table sweeps and wipes down appliances, she also vacuums the hallway and bedrooms, makes my bed and everyother time she does the dusting. its 4 hours each time she comes unless she does the dusting then its 6 hours.
I pay $25 an hour for cleaning. I've had several different people/companies over the years, and they all charge about this much.
And this type of work takes longer than anything else (vaccuuming is fast and easy, cleaning kitechen and bathroom floors, stoves, etc is harder and takes longer especially if you want her to move things on the counters and clean behind everything). I'd expect someone to take at least 2 hours, maybe a little more, to what you are asking, so $50-75.
Depending on the size of the rooms, and how often you scheduled visits--I'd say maybe 60-100? The more often it's cleaned, the less it costs, usually. It really depends on the rate where you live.
My kitchen is really HUGE and I have a LOT of floor and counters!
I have never paid anyone to clean so I might not be a good gauger (sp?)...but I think it would take someone probably about an 1-2 hours to do all of it at my house...so I am gonna go with $60? $30/per hour?
I think you can find someone off of craigslist or care.com for $10-$15 an hour.
We pay our lady $20/hour. She does what you mentioned, and the vaccuming, changes the bedding, cleans up the kid toys, etc. It's usually about 4 hours twice a month, $80 per time.
That would only take about an hour, right? Maybe $20.
Depends on how much counter space we are talking and how large the bathrooms and kitchens are, but it sounds like arounf $250.00 worth of work.
I don't think you could get anyone for less than $60 but I guess it depends on the going rate for where you live.
I was paying someone $85 a week to come in and do:
bathrooms (all three)
sweep/vacuum/mop both levels (5 beds)
clean the kitchen
