I Am Soooo Bored

LOL.....you are funny....didn't we have enough excitement on here yesterday. I think it was the Blue Moon/Full Moon special going on. Now it's all back to normal and we're bored. LOL

I am so bored that I've already had 2 shots of tequila and I'm swilling down a cold beer. My husband looked at me and said "please dont drink the tequila.."
Apparently since we've had this bottle of tequila (that I bought on sale earlier this week) it has turned me into a complete shrew.
I'm scaring him. I feel powerful.

I agree....ready to get this weekend started!! Not too much rain over our way (about 1/2 hour from the Lou')......I like your joke, J. :)

yep, I'm bored, too. Naptime at the daycare. (sigh)

worked out my budget for the week, wkend. Planned my outfit for an anniv party tomorrow night. Stuffing reunion invites into envelopes.

& I actually have my PJs all laid out...ready for quittin' time. Been a long hard week...lots of laughter, lots of tears. I mourn not being able to head to the lake for the wkend. Thank goodness for the StL Cards game on Monday & visiting my 91yo Granny. Have a good wkend!

I totally agree. However we are rainless again. BLAH. My excitement of the day... HMMMM I get off work in an hour and a half. OOO and I had a really awesome person to talk to today!

Ah J., I was so not bored today. Sorry.

Early calls to Insurance and my work peeps, trying to track, respectively, a claims adjuster, and someone to work on my AC that I think was fried in Hurricane Issac.

Then off to the work to borrow window units as it was officially 85 degrees inside the house. Then installing said window units - which are slightly too small for my windows - can you say Ghetto Fabulous cardboard accessories. LOL

Then a visit from the adjuster - oh, wonders of wonders - I take back every evil, vile, and vicious thing I have said about my insurance company.

It is now a balmy 83 degrees in the house and the maintenance guy from work that is gonna' look at the AC is about 10 emergency calls away from me. Which means, he prolly will not get here until next week.

Now, I get to spend the next three days scrubbing the house as when you leave the windows open and the attic fan running through a Hurricane you get all kinds of wondrous dirt in the house.

I loved the Prince Harry joke. Poor kid - he really doesn't have a goal in life does he?

I opened up the questions and saw your "I am soooo bored" and my eyes traveled down to Dawn G's post saying she is bored on bed rest.

At least you aren't bored on bed rest!

Sounds like you might be ready for another kitchen project - just don't move the cabinets again!!
