I know I'm supposed to be asking for advice, but I'm asking for prayer. Some of you may have read a thread I started right before Christmas about a family that I've become close to. The husband lost his job, and they had a baby due Jan 2 and a 4 year old already. Well, the baby, who is now nearing a month old, was rushed to the hospital last night because she stopped breathing. Luckily they noticed early. They are at Cook's in Fort Worth, and the baby is on 100% oxygen because her lungs collapse when they take her off, and she stops breathing. When we talked to the dad earlier today, they said they knew for sure that she has RSV, but other tests were being run, and they would find out more later. The husband had an interview tomorrow, so I'm sure he hasn't even thought about that. I just ask that you pray for this beautiful baby to recover quickly and that the dad will be able to reschedule his interview.

They got to bring the baby home yesterday (Feb 2 - her 1 month b-day). They still have to work with her every hour to keep congestion down, but she's home and doing much better. Thank you all so much for your prayers!

Me and my family will definetely pray for the family as well. God is great God, and he is great at healing. I wish them all the best and I pray that the company that the dad has an interview with totally understand and still give him shot. Please keep us update on the precious baby's condition and how it turns out, I would love to know. Let me know if there is anything that i can do to help out the family, I am always willing. You are such a great friend to these people,I will also pray for you as well.

my husband and i will definately be praying for this family. i will pray the dad will get a new job and that this precious baby will be healed!!! what kind of work does the dad do? you never know, i may know someone who could help him get another job? we will be praying the Lord will heal this family and give them peace to know God is in control!!!
