I am a new mom looking for daycare about 2-3days per week for my infant. I am close to Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Canton. I would prefer maybe an in home daycare but would be open to look at anything.

I strongly suggest you contact a non profit group call Child Care Network. They are out of Ann Arbor but can help in all different areas and they will not charge you for their services.

Hi,

This may not be of much help, but please look up the following - http://detroit.craigslist.org/kid. They have free classifieds for sitters and parents. You may find it helpful. Another free source is http://www.detroitnanny.com

I had placed ads in an Indian portal, miindia.com. Sometimes, foreign nationals who had come here as au-pair do respond to these ads. You might find help there too.
