Info on Selling to Bearly Used and Hand Me Downs

We sell things to Bearly Used all the time. They give reasonable amounts, but don't always want to buy all the items that we bring. You are supposed to come in Tues.-Fri to sell items, but they often make exceptions on the weekends if you only have a little bit of clothes. I talked to them just a few days ago and they are no longer buying winter items, they are buying spring and summer. Hand Me Downs has some good clothes, but they only buy clothes by appointment. When I called a few days ago, their next appt wasn't until MARCH! Too long to wait. Haven't ever sold anything to them previously. Hope this helps.

I have been to Hand-me-downs. The owner seems very nice, although a little unaccomodating (she only works by appt. and you need to book it about 4-6 weeks in advance.)

I would love to know where Bearly used is located. I also live in Evanston.

Do you by any chance have a pack-n-play of some sort that you are selling? I have a 6 month old son who has outgrown his smaller version.

You should also try once upon a child, or if you want the best buck for your things you should wait for the summer and do a yard sale, cause to tell you the truth they are not going to give you that much, I once took a almost brand new pack and play and they only gave me $25.
