Sprouts has a organic salsa in mild and my girls love it-kinda sweet. I buy the medium and it's my favorite of store brands so far.
I'm looking for a brand or recipe for salsa that is not spicy. I would love to serve it for a snack. One time I tried making it for the kids, but it wasn't very tasty because I didn't add any jalepenos.

Costco has a great Mango salsa. It's sweet and healthy.
I love homemade salsa but do not have the time. My kids love the mild salsa that is sold in most grocery stores. Tostitos has one and the store brand of Walmart and Kroger both carry one. They have the regular spicy mexican salsa flavor without the spice. As they get older I am moving them toward the spicier by mixing mild with medium. We are almost to full medium and they still enjoy it. Chi-Chi's brand salsa is yummy too. Some brands are "sweeter" than others.
If you make your own.... omit the pepper seeds (that is where the spice is) and that should help control the heat. My husband cooks with jalepenos alot without the seeds and the kids never complain about it being too hot.
Hope this helps :)
My mom makes salsa using a mango (firm), a red pepper, some cilantro, and a little salt. Just cube the mango and red pepper (pretty small, mix, and you're all set.
My daughter loves the Garden Fresh brand in mild.
I make mine with chopped tomato, lime juice, red onion (it's a little sweeter), garlic chopped fine, cilantro, green chilis, and kosher salt to taste. I can't do spicy either and this turns out yummy! For kiddie salsa I would chop the garlic, green chilis and onion pretty fine.
I don't have time to make my own salsa, but we LOVE the salsa from costco. it's a peach mango salsa. My boys, husband (from mexico) and myself will eat it up.
I chop up tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro, and pineapple. Just use milder peppers like red and green bell peppers and just a tad of jalepenios. Add a little vinegar, boil then can. It is delicious!
You can use canned diced green chilis in place of jalapenos. The canned chilis are usually not very spicy but have that flavor. And a lot of store salsas actually use those and not jalapenos too.
My kids don't like spicy either. Tom Thumb sells a mango pineapple salsa they love. It's with the salsa's and it's their generic brand. It's a little sweeter than most, we all enjoy it for something different.
My son (15-months-old) loves Tostitos natural salsa, mild.
Mango salsa is pretty popular here.
