I've found an amazing hairstylist/colorist in the city but cannot take the drive anymore! Please tell me of someone in the area you love and who is hip and willing to experiment. Don't mind paying top dollar for someone who is well worth it!
I go to Spa Bleu in West Dundee. The girl I see is named Christy C. She is awesome and has helped me tremendously with a hair nightmare that happened at another salon. She is great and very trendy and has a lot of experience.

Try Headlines in Elgin, Il. It might be a bit of a drive for you but it is worth it. It's on Randall Rd, about 1/2 a mile south of hwy 20. Ask for Melody. She is the owner of the salon and an absolutely awesome stylist.

well.. probably one of the nicest salons in Lake in the hills is Taylor Stevens Salon and Day spa.they have two locations in lake in the hills.. Andrea is the owner.. someone told me that Morgan is good there too.. if you can drive into Crystal lake.. there is Salon Energy.. a new little salon with two hip and trendy ladies who run it.. Sarah has an eye for color.. color and cut run about $100 dollars.. please let her know that Pam referred you!
