Target and Walmart both do cakes and they are pretty reasonable. You will need to order it in advance, but if you give them a day or two, they should be able to do it. We get our cakes at Target and they are really good.
Hello Olathe Moms~ We are having my sons birthday next weekend, and since I started a new overnight weekend job I just don't think I'm going to have the energy to make his birthday cake this year. If you know of anyone that does cakes in Olathe please let me know, we are specifically wanting to have a Lightening McQueen cake. Thanks everyone!

You should check out the Price Chopper bakery. Yes, it's gross cake with tons of super-colored icing...but kids love it. They do some pretty impressive character cakes and I'd bet they have Lightening McQueen. I got a SpiderMan cake from them one year that was pretty spectacular. Not everything is on display...they have a whole catalog you can look through. Ask the bakery!
Hello, my friend Stacy has made cakes for years and she always made my kids cakes when they were little, and they taste just like wedding cake!!!! Everyone always commented on how nice they looked and tasted. She is in west Olathe, ###-###-#### she is a terrific artist!!
Also check HyVee...I think I've seen one there before. Their cake is actually pretty tasty. I don't think you'll probably be able to get a cake (other than grocery store)from a baker or cake person this quickly. You could also try Nestle/Haagen Daz in OP Mall. It would be a cookie cake, but I bet they could do a Lightening McQueen design on it no problem!
Check on here! There is a lady (locally) that has some WONDERFUL options!!!
