I'm not from fort worth, but they have wonderful museums there. there's a cowgirl museum too. you might check www.guidelive.com. the downtown area is supposed to be really nice.
I drop my boyfriend off in Fort Worth for an hour and a half karate class every saturday morning. His 3 year old daughter and I spend that time together. I was looking for an intersting or special park to take her to but am not at all familiar with Fort Worth.

There is a great park near the zoo and the botanical gardens that has a little train. It goes under a bridge and around the park. I'm not familiar enough with Ft. Worth to tell you, but I know it's near the botanical gardens. The gardens are also nice for little ones. Lots of interesting things to look at and they can run all their energy out. And the best part - it's free. Forget looking for a bathroom, though. Good luck on your search.
The botanical garden is nice and large. That means you can break it up into 4 trips to explore. Bring a basket so you can collect fallen leaves, notice which flowers are blooming in February and compare to the ones in springtime. Find out where the bathrooms are and have a great time!
Hi! Trinity park is THE park in Ft. Worth. It has a playground, duck pond, and plenty of room for bikes. It is located right off of University Dr. There is also the Zoo (which is better than Dallas), botanical gardens and japanese gardens. Check it out!!
