L., Have you checked out Childtime in Plano on Hedgcoxe. Their infant room only goes up to 12 months. They usually have space with rotating out as they start walking. This place is great. Childtime use to be Gerber and they renamed it. You might check them out. They have older ladies working in their nursery. I think you would be pleased.
You might try gonannies.com. You can search their database for your specific requirements, and see how many matches you find. If there's enough you pay them a one time fee that gives you email, phone, etc. access for 30-45 days.
I've also heard wonderful things about Moms Best Friend but they are more expensive so it depends on what you're looking for.
