Hello everyone,
I was wondering if any one knew/knows of any good reputable company that is not super expensive for replacing and installing new windows? I have a couple of coupons for a few but I don't want to use any body that no one has ever heard of. With winter coming in the next few months I would love to be able to replace the very leaky/ drafty windows not only in my sons room but throughout the whole house.
Please let me know if you know of anyone. Also the company's I have the coupons for are Renewal By Andersen and Thermo-Tite Wondows. If any one has used either of these companies I would love to know what your experience was and if you are still happy with your decision.
Thankyou soo much
A.

I just had several new windows installed by Kaiser Building Co. http://www.kaiserbuilding.com They're in Cranbury and they did a great job with the installation and the trim. They showed up when they said they would, they were considerate in my house (even took their boots off!) and the guys are very friendly. I highly recommend them. Good luck!

This really doesn't answer your question, but I thought this would be helpful... I had replacement windows put in by Castle about 10 years ago. Now I didn't really see a difference in the drafts, I thought is was just the way the house was and the windows were much nice than what we had. So the problem came when 2 years ago we put new siding on the house and found out that all the original window sills/casings (don't know what you call them) were uncovered and found to be dry rotted. (There would be the cause of my drafty house). The installers for the Castle windows knew there was a problem when they put in the replacements but never said anything and just covered it up. So for the 2nd time in 10years I bought new windows. I learned my lesson: Always make arrangements to be home when you are getting work done on the house, don't leave it to the neighbors!
Good Luck.

Hi, I just had 16 windows replaced last year. We are very happy with the work and with the company. We did check various other companies and we chose one that came in at a middle of the road price. We had bids that were very expensive and bids that were very inexpensive. The name of the Company is Benchmark Siding & Window Company. The gentleman's name is David Carman, # ###-###-####. He's very honest and always on time and very courtious.
Anderson & Pella Windows a the best of the best and super expensive. Dave can get you those windows (most any installer can), however he recommended X-Act windows and like I said we are very happy with them and the work they did. They cleaned up well and Dave guarantees his work.
Good Luck & if you would like any additional info. feel free to contact me.

I used Castle Windows. You can google them. They came and did our windows in a day for an awesome price and they are high quality windows. I had the windows done after receiving very a very high heating bill and we did a check around the house and noticed all the the windows were letting in cold air. Since Castle Windows have installed my new windows are bill has lowered and there is no draft!
I hope this helps.
