If you go after school hours there is a park at Snacks Crossing school. It is on 56th and Moller. It has a fenced in area for younger children and a larger area for the big kids. You can go on the weekends or when school is out. It is really nice. My kids love it.

This might be more of a drive for you, but it is a great little park. It is called Canterbury Park, and it is on Carvel, between 54th and Kessler in a little neighborhood south of Broadripple. It is just off the monon, so we often ride our bikes there in nice weather. The whole playground is toddler friendly, and there is even a volleyball court made of sand if you want to bring shovels and dig around in that.
I also take my kids to Holliday Park, on Spring Mill at 65th street. They are re-doing their whole playground to have sections for toddlers, older kids, and babies.
Hope this helps.

There is a big park on 69th St. (right past Georgetown and 69th St. on the left hand side) It has smaller slides, swings and climbers. Another park to go to that isn't very busy is one on 71st (westlane) and Michigan. Off of 86th St. turn toward the grocery store on 71st. and it's on the left hand side. Maybe you can check these out. There are several parks in the area and if these 2 aren't what you are looking for then let me know and I will tell you of some others.
