My last baby is 9 months old. I plan to nurse for another month or so. My tubes have been tied (if that affects weight gain or shape.. I'm not sure..) so I have 2 small scars. And there's still the belly pudge :-/ I still look a few months pregnant.. I'm happy with my current weight. I really just want to tighten everything up. I already do Yoga. And I just started Pilates. It has to be something I can do at home. Free online videos would be great! TIA!

I don't have cable. Just Netflix, Hulu, and whatever's available online. :)

What can I do next?

My exercise instructor said that the way to work abs the best is to do things like kick boxing with the pelvis tucked under and tightened.

Also she said to get on hands and knees and bring each knee up to the shoulder to the side with the back flat and belly tucked in.

She has washboard abs, so I believe her!

Can you go for walk? If so, walk fast & for at least a 30 min duration 3 times a week or more.

Can you purchase a workout DVD from your nearby store or online? Or
free from your library? I put them in my computer or my son's travel
DVD player.

Then also do some weights at home (small ones), pushups, ab planks &
crunches.

Eat a well balanced diet.

I had never heard of abdominal separation or your inner abs until I met Celeste and she started telling me about everything you'll read on her site. Luckily, I didn't have a huge separation after my c-section, but I did have a small one and I was able to easily fix it with her exercises. However neighbor dropped 4 inches (!) in her already-tiny waist by closing hers!
