I finished 50 shades and loved how the writter wrote. I love the cliff hanger after cliff hanger.
I did not so much care about the sex part but the what will happen next.
Does anyone know of a good read like this?

What can I do next?

I have never read 50 shades but I am reading the internal devices series by Cassandra Clare. It is captivating even though it is not my kind of books. They where advised by a co- worker and I have now read 2 of the 7 books.

If you like cliffhangers then Pillars of the Earth and World Without End by James Follett.

James Patterson is an awesome writer. I LOVE his Alex Cross series. Also his Private series. He writes detective/murdee mysteries.

If you like more romance mysteries...then Try Nora Roberts/JD Robb. She has a "witch" three-quill out there that was very well done...just can't recall the name but I'm sure you could google it.

My favorite series of books is by Karen Marie Moning. It is called the Fever Series and it is five books. This does have some sex in it but it is a mixture of everything. Definetly a page turner.

I also read all 3 of the 50 Shades...

The Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris are fantastic. Have you seen or heard about the HBO series called True Blood? These books are what that show was based on and there are a ton of them...I am almost finished with the latest one and it is still way good even though it is like the 12th or 13th in the series! Which is saying something if you can have SO many and still be entertaining, ya know? My husband reads them too, which I love (he is a nerd and like books about Mars and history, Ha!)..the only other books we've both read were the Harry Potters, The Hunger Games trilogy, and the classics like Farenheight 451 and Catcher and the Rye and books like that.

Other than that I can suggest anything by Lisa Gardner...she is good.

Not sure what other types of genres you like but I LOVED all the Tucker Max books...made me laugh out loud something FIERCE!

Good Luck!

~Nothings worse than finishing a good book!

ummm do you want more books along the same lines as 50 shades of grey? I need to clarify here LOL

If you want one with a similiar concept but written a gazillion times better I'd suggest Bared to You by Sylvia Day. This is an erotic novel so there will be plenty of sex.

If you're just looking for well written romance I can suggest authors, If you're looking for Erotic romance I can suggest authors, if you're looking for the BDSM subject I have authors I can suggest, if you're looking for erotica I have authors I can suggest ... all of whom are WAY better at their craft than EL James.
