Dr. Renee Lockey is with ARC in Seton NW (The BEST Hospital to deliver in the ATX also, IMO)! Congratuations!
Can anyone recommend a great OBGYN? I am new to the area and found out I am pregnant again! I live in the Northwest side, but will go to anyone that comes highly recommended. Thanks!
I ended up going with Dr. Robert Cowen at Austin Area OBGYN. He is in the same office as Uribe and some other great doctors (Seeker and Phillips). I am very happy with him and he is a very nice and caring doctor. He seems to answer all my questions and spends lots of time with us. I highly recommend him.

I can highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Buten at Seton NW (also with Travis OBGYN). My husband and I moved here 4 yrs ago and are currently pregnant with our second son. When I found out I was pregnant the first time, I didn't yet have a doctor and Dr. Buten was recommended to me by my family practioner. (He is her OB and delivered both of her children.) He has since been recommended to my by two nurses also and has a wonderful reputation for minimal scarring if you need to have a C-section. I know another 12 people just from my office who go to him and all would recommend him. The only real drawback is sometimes you have to wait at your appointments so if you see him, the earlier appointment the better. I know how it is being new to the area and looking for a doctor. I hope this helps! Good luck to you and your family and congratulations!
Dr Melissa Guzman- Winn. She was recommended to me by a delivery nurse at St. David's. The nurses really see the doctors' true colors . Dr Winn delivered my son and she was fantastic. She makes the best decision for the patient and is great.

M.,
Congratulations! I really like my OBGYN at the Renaissance Women's Group. They have 8 doctors and 7 nurse practioners so it's much easier to get into see them. They are all so sweet and knowledgeable. My doctor is Sherry Neyman and I really like her. They are located off of Parmer and Mopac right behind North Austin Medical Center. The phone number is ###-###-####. Their address is 12201 Renfert Way Austin, TX 78758. Their website is www.rwgdocs.com.
Congratulations again!

I recommend Dr. Marco Uribe 100%. He has a wonderful reputation and a wonderful bedside manner. I have an 8 month old so I haven't had to see him in a while, but I really do miss seeing him and his friendly staff.
The Women's Renaissance Group on north Loop 1/MoPac before Parmer has a great group of doctors and close access to a hospital. To find out more, you can visit their website at
http://www.rwgdocs.com/ . I've been going there for years and now that I'm pregnant it's been an easy switch from normal yearly care to monthly care.
Good Luck!
Hi M.,
Dr. Wendy Cutler at ADC is great! She's located in the Women's Center inside the North Austin Medical Center at Parmer & Mopac (http://www.adclinic.com/Doctors_Specialties_Maps/Doctors/.... Every time I go in there she makes me feel completely at ease. Plus, I never have a problem getting an appointment. Good Luck!
I love my doctor! His name is Dr. Peveto and he is at Seton Northwest so it would be good for you it sounds like. He also has a pharmacy background which I thought was awesome for when you are pregnant. His office is called Travis OBGYN if you want to look them up.
