Hello,
I'm looking for a portable fridge/cooler that can be plugged in in the car and can also be plugged into a regular outlet. We go tent camping every summer and having to use a cooler with ice is kind of a pain, I think having a small fridge that can be plugged in at the campground and in the car would be great.
Can anyone recommend a good one? It doesn't have to be huge, just something that would hold a gallon of milk and some other things like cheese/ sausages etc...

What can I do next?

Just get a regular small plug in fridge that you like and get a converter for the car.

We have used the Coleman Powerchill for years. It has a car adapter, and an ac adapter. It keeps everything cold. It can stand up like a fridge or lay down like a cooler. We can fit all of the food for the weekend in it. We use it all weekend, every weekend all summer long and it hasn't failed us. http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/coleman-powerchill-40-qt/6000...

I have one that is the size of a regular cooler, it can be plugged into the wall or car with an adapter. I got it at Wal-Mart, they have a few sizes and you will find them in the camping section.

Coleman makes them. And I use it quite often.

We have on on wheels and take it lots of places. Get the largest one you can that has the options you want. They all work pretty much the same.

I always go with name brands from reputable stores when buying any appliances such as Sears or Maytag.
