Hi, this is a question for any Apple Iphone Mamas out there! Yesterday I lost all of my pictures, etc on my Iphone. I was restoring my phone because it wasn't working (nothing was updating because there was no space left) and when it restored, I lost EVERYTHING (contacts, photos, games, etc). Unfortunately, I hadn't synced my phone in some time. I'm wondering is there ANY way to get the photos back? I don't care about the rest as much, but I do miss my pics.

Thanks for your help.

What can I do next?

1) If you're connect via iCloud, it should be backed up.
2) It should at the very least restore to the last sync - so you won't have lost everything.
3) Games, music, etc that you buy in the Apple Store will be restored or can be downloaded again. They will not be lost.
4) An iPhone hard drive is just like any other hard drive. Deleted doesn't always mean deleted. It's possible it's still there. You'll have to take it to a data recovery specialist and see what's possible. Sooner rather than later before you overwrite it. But be prepared to pay a lot. Like $500+

Go to an Apple store and tell them.
Things like this happens more than you know.

It might still be out there, in your iCloud. I had the same thing happen last year but thankfully it was all still in iCloud.

If you had icloud on it should have been already backing up your pictures to that. However, if like me you turned off icloud (I have so many pictures it wouldn't back up anymore so I just turned it off)....I'm not sure if there is anything you can do.

Call your provider and ask to speak to a technician. They have people on staff who can answer your question.

I hope you were connected to iCloud. If so, all of your information would be backed up, and all you need to do is go into the settings and turn on iCloud - and everything will come back. If you weren't connected to iCloud, and you didn't sync before restoring the phone, then yes, you lost everything that was new since you last synced. You can call Apple tech support, but honestly, I don't think there's anything they can do for you. That's why it tells you before you restore to sync your phone... :( If you didn't have iCloud turned on before... do it now so you can avoid this in the future!

You can email them - there is a number to call them. But I am not sure they will be that much help. I totally lost my iTunes account when someone hacked into it and have spend hundreds repopulating it. Annoying. But I worked on it for like 9 months before I gave up. It's really irritating.
Go on their online help and email them.

Go to your carrier store that has a customer service dept (Verizon/Sprint, etc.). They will be able to help - but not necessarily fix, your issues.
