I wrote a preivous post a couple days ago about my brown discharge. i went for ultrasound to rule out placenta previa and it was ruled out. i was given no explination n as to why i may have had brown discharge. today i was walking and i have a feeling that hard to describe in my very lower abdomen, sort of like pressure. now it feels tight. the doctor in ultrasound told me that the baby is breech. i no longer have the brown discharge. is this why i'm having this feeling? i don't remember having this feeling with my first . i guess i need to call my ob tommorow. i feel like lifting my 21 month old 26 lb baby girl doens't help! has anyone had this feeling around this time of pregancy? ii tried lying down on left side and drinking water . it helped a little but i'm so worried since i had the brown discharge. also when they did the ultrasound the said the baby was breech. it almost feels like feet are pushing down on my lower abdomen...thank u!

What can I do next?

I'm 23 weeks with baby #3 right now. I've been feeling pressure, but I think I'm having braxton kicks contractions. Since the discharge has stopped and the ultrasound shows the baby is fine, then relax! Everything is okay. The lifting may have something to do with it, My two year old twins weigh over 30 lbs each, and I notice pressure when I lift them, so I'm doing my best to have them walk instead of be carried. Good luck the rest of the way!

I had lots of pressure with my last pregnancy. For months and months. The baby might just be low. I also had pelvic pressure and it was hard to walk sometimes. My son came at 36 1/2 weeks perfect as can be. It sucks but try not to worry too much unless you truely feel something is wrong seek immediate medical attention!

They just may be-now's about the time the baby starts growing outward-instead of trying to occupy such a small space-call the doctor tonight if you get nervous-and just rest as much as you are able until you get this resolved!

Now I can't speak to the discharge personally, but I do know that some light spotting at any time in pregnancy can be considered normal, so if you were checked out, I wouldn't worry. However, if there is any foul odor, you know worse than normal pregnancy!, talk to the dr again. If you notice less fetal movement, call the dr, and if the dr doesn't listen just head for the ER. Not to be scary or anything, but just be listening to your body and don't feel bad for an ER trip, even if it turns out to be nothing. Better safe than sorry! Now on the pressure side, that happened to me with my second. It truly felt like the kid was going to fall out!!! Sometimes I felt like I had a bowling ball down there. I got checked a lot and was always just fine and he stayed snug and cozy until 40 weeks, I on the other hand was not so cozy! Turned out I had a varicose vein in that lovely area, so it was uncomfortable. I just found out today I am pregs with #3 so hopefully I don't go through that again!!
