Maybe google "maid services" for your city?
I don't have a recommendation because I am picky and I prefer not to use housekeeper services.
Make sure you post for our region (TX). There was someone on this site not too long ago from The Colony (Joanna) who had a housecleaning business.
Ask neighbors as well to get references.

Try opening an account with Care.com and search there. A large amount of the applicants will go through a background check. You can set up phone interviews from who's advertising or create your own ad. My sister got her start there.
