What is your favorite and of course the best Make-up primer.

I tried Laura Mercier and I like it. You get a pretty big bottle for your money, compared to Smashbox and some of the other brands
I have tried both Loreal and some other brand (can't remember) and they were terrible. The one that I have found that I love, love, love is Urban Decay. It is a little pricey at $30, but I've had it since December and am about halfway through it. You don't need to use much at all. I would burn through that Loreal one in about a month and those were $12.00 a piece.
ok, arbonne has a great face make up primer, bare minerals' is good but I like arbonne better ... but for EYE make up primer the BEST and I have tried them ALL (make up is my obsession) is Bare Minerals' Prime Time and the runner up is Too Face Shadow Insurance ... both can be found at Ulta stores.
Urban Decay is awesome, but Makeup Forever has a great primer. Smashbox has an awesome one too!!!
Mary Kay has the best foundation primer and eye primer.
