My Daughter and her boyfriend have started the Medi fast diet.
They both have alot of weight to lose and I am so proud that
they have taken this first step.
Does anyone have any recipes and or helpful tidbits for me
to help give them any support.

What can I do next?

Just make sure you keep fresh fruits and veggies around if they drop by.

You can't have any fruits on medifast. There is a list on the medifast website of vegetables and meat the can have and how much of it you can have that day. I believe there is also a recipe book coming out soon or it may be out already. Celery sticks, pickles with no sugar, jello with no sugar are good snacks to have around.

Here is an alternative to Medifast that allows you to eat natural foods and as an alternative to fasting. This is a two step product that offers a garment which supports weight loss while losing weight. The recipe is LeVive, Nutrishake, Cran Aloe, and Thermogen. The garment for women is the Body Magic and for men is the Abdomen shirt.

This works and allows you to lose permanently and naturally where fasting is temporary. View www.ardysslife.com/LLJBCreativesolution

Usually, a cookbook designed for people with Diabetes is one of the most balanced diets. It may nicely compliment the MediFast plan.

I've known a few physicians who administer the plan through their practices, but I've yet to find one that's really harnessed great results, so I hope they both reach the goals they've set.

I'd also have them invest in seeing a Dietician (available through any hospital) to help guide them. Hopefully MediFast employs dieticians as part of their medical staff.
