First of all Congrats on being pregnant. What is your husband's middle name? Both of my boys have my husband's middle name which is Ellis. It was a family tradition to give the males that name. Both my father-in-law and brother-in-law have the middle name Ellis too. So I would see if there are any family traditions that you would like to follow or maybe start your own.

Needs to be one syllable for sure to flow right; nothing that starts with W. Think of men in your family-husband's name, middle name, Grandpas, Great Grandpas etc. on both sides etc. I would start there first. It will come to you-I promise. Congrats! Isaiah W. sounds awesome (even without the middle name) and your girl's name is great too...

Michael is always a good middle name and it sounds well with Isaiah.

I could go on. I don't know how religious you are, but Isaiah is an Old Testament name and other Old Testament names go so very well with such a strong name like Isaiah.
