Mother's Rings

Hello!
I want a Mother's ring for Mother's Day and my husband thinks it's a wonderful idea so I'll be picking one out this weekend. My question is for those of you that have gotten one, where did you get it and do you love it? What does it look like if you don't mind my asking?
There are so many jewelry stores to choose from and I don't want to go all over the place looking for one. We just did that several months ago when looking for new wedding bands and a new diamond for me for our 15 yr wedding ann (developed an allergy to the metal and it was too small after my third child). The looking drove me nuts LOL
Thanks!
Happy early Mother's Day :)

So What Happened?

Thanks for the suggestions! I tried using the search feature and nothing was coming up. I looked up the post from a couple weeks ago that was mentioned. Sunday did not go as planned and I never made it to the jewelry shop but I did find a few that I really liked online. Waiting until next weekend to see them in person and hopefully order. Since I have another week to look I've been looking online some more but I keep going back to the 3 I narrowed it down to.
Thanks again!

I just had one made for me. Well, technically it's two. I just got two small bands with my girls names and birth dates stamped on them.

I LOVE them :)

I got them from Charitable Creations on Etsy.

I would really recommend looking at Etsy. The stuff on there is handmade and most of it is totally customizable. You'll be able to find exactly what you're looking for.

Happy shopping!

I would look online to get an idea of what you want. That's how we found my husband's new wedding ring at Jared. I looked online at all the ones around here, Helzberg, Jared, etc and then only had to go into one store.

I agree about Zales, I got a necklace from there once that would not hold the diamonds for love or money.

My children bought me a mother's ring many years ago. They purchased it through a local jewelry store. My children were not really given the opportunity to choose what they really wanted for me so the ring is unwearable (the stones are to high and catch on my clothing). My suggestion is to find a ring style you like and that is comfortable for you and your budget. Once you find what you like any jeweler can make what you want work. When I do get the chance to re-do my ring it will be less fancy and more simple. Good luck and Happy Mother's Day!

You can look online for mother's rings. On some or alot of the websites, you can usually also see what it looks like before you order, w/the stone colors you chose & everything. I know WalMart has some nice ones to look at. I got my sister one from there & she loved it. Good luck.

I just posted a similar question within the last 2 weeks and there were some links. I just got back from looking at a jewelry store. I was set on getting one ring with both stones only then people were mentioning stackables so now I am so undecided! Although I did find one ring that would have to be ordered with both stones and 2 rings that would stack. so now it's just deciding! Hope you have better decision making skills than I have!
