SeaWorld is great!!! We just took our daughter a couple weeks ago, just after she turned 5. Even my mother-in-law loved it! We did pay extra for an "up close" with sea lions - that was pretty cool! There are other special packages like that too. I think there is something with dolphins?

It IS pricey though, of course! My hubby paid for it all (I didn't want to know LOL) so I don't know the prices!

I do know that we happily found out that military & their dependents (w/ proper military ID) get into the park for FREE!

Have fun!

i live in the area. it really depends on what you like to do. if your really into roller coasters, busch gardens is great, also instead of disney i would go to universal studios. if your children don't like rollar?coasters than i would suggest disney. if you want to hit the beach than i would suggest ponce inlet and not daytona. the water is much prettier (normally) and they have a light house and jetties that you can walk down.

Sea World is probably your best bet. It's not so loud and crowded as the other parks and has less rides and more shows. Epcot is neat too, though lots of the attractions at all the Disney parks involve movies/video now. Epcot is probably the least noisy and crowded of all the Disney parks. Orlando is not really very close to the beach. It's probably an hour away or more. Most hotels that I'm aware of don't have indoor water parks or pools because it's so nice outside almost all year. You might look into a vacation at one of the Great Wolf Lodges instead of Orlando/FL. They all have indoor water parks and there are many locations.
