Both my daughters have done this. If she has any teeth, you might try something like croutons or zwieback toast, or even something like cheerios, but she might be a little young for that.
Just keep spinning the wheel - offer her more stuff. At that age, both my girls LOVED pears, apples, bananas, blueberry's...maybe mix some of it with some cereal to offer a little more texture or something.
