Need a Referral for a Doctor in Mission Viejo/Saddleback Hosptial

My OB is next to Saddleback Hospital in the medical tower. Her name is Dr. Ming Robinson, ###-###-####. She delivered both of my kids.

The things I like most about her are how calm she is, especially when I was delivering my first. Also, that she works right next door to the hospital so she was always close by. She also delivers a majority of her babies and her backup was a high risk pregnancy group. I don't know if that is still true, but I think it is. Good luck!

I got to Dr. Ann Marie Raffo (OBGYN) at Orange Coast Women's Medical Group. They are in the building connected to Saddleback Hospital in Laguna Hills. If you are not comfortable with her there are several doctors in her practice. I have been to a few others throughout my 2 pregnancies and have been very happy with everyone there. Raffo delivered our daughter in 04. She was exactly what I needed in the labor room the first time - a cheerleader when I needed to be cheered on and a high school football coach when I needed to be encouraged to go on. Our son was delivered by Mendelson in 07 and she was wonderful too. I was nervous about someone I never before met but she took the worry away instantly. Some of the doctors in the group also work out of Mission Hospital but I'm not sure if she does.

Congratulations! You must be so excited!! I have had 4 babies with the Dr.'s at Orange Coast Women's Medical group. Dr. O'Toole is my Ob but I have seen Dr. Mendelson and Dr. May as well. They were all terrific! The office is right next to Saddleback Hospital so it's easy to get to. The only thing is that the office is busy so there is a wait most of the time. It was worth it to me. I know you said Mission or Saddleback....but it really isn't that far from Irvine or even RSM (with the toll road)...but my Dr is awesome!! Dr. Zepeda is in Orange and delivers out of Sr. Joes. His number is ###-###-####. He is a busy dr but soooo worth it. He got me to full term with twins. I would never go to anyone else (and I live in South County now too).

CONGRATULATIONS!How exciting. Well I really recommend my female OB. Her name is Rachael Lopez ###-###-####. She is in Laguna Hills. Delivers at Saddleback Hospital. I have been going to her for 6 yrs. now and she has delivered all 3 of my kids. she is the best. She makes you feel very comfortable, explains to you everything and is never rushing when it comes to you, even though she's a very busy woman. I could not say anything but kind words of her and her staff-Tanya(med. asst.) I live in San Juan and work in Irvine too. Its very convenient because its kind of like in the middle from work too home you know. i would schedule my appt.s at the end of the day, that way-i could leave a bit earlier from work and then go to my appt. and then go home :)
