So, I have some boneless pork chops to cook, 3 of them to be exact. I usually cook them on the George Foreman, but it has gone to that lean mean fat machine in the sky, it died 2 weeks ago. I have never used anything else to cook the porkchops on and am at a loss. Ya'll have given me great ideas in the past. So, how do you cook them? Recipes, tips, methods, ideas do's/dont's etc would really help, I need to cook them tonight!!! TIA, and have a great night....

What can I do next?

I just cooked them in a skillet. Salt and pepper the chops, add about 1 TB olive oil and 1 TB butter to skillet.. Cut up a whole onion and throw in the skillet heat on med till it gets hot and the sizzle starts.. place the Pork Chops in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes, it should be brown on one side. flip them over and continue to heat till they are cooked on the other side,

Enjoy!

Hello there, my family loves when I marinate them in a baggy in Ceasar dressing and grill them on the grill. I've done them in the oven this way too in the winter. 375 for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness. Serve with mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans. Good luck and God Bless.

I always cook pork chops in a pan with a can of cream of mushroom soup, its really good & the soup makes a kind of gravy for the chops : )

Shake and Bake? Or go to bettycrocker.com and type in three things you have, ie pork chop, garlic, onion (or whatever you have) and all sorts of recipes pop up

Pork Fried Rice? Sounds good to me, lol

I love to cook mine breaded in seasoned bread crumbs. no egg ,milk , etc. Just coat them in bread crumbs and put um in the oven at 350 -400 until they are heated to temperature.
They come out juicy and SO good. and it's so easy

My fav way is either grilled (just toss on the grill w/ salt and pepper until internal temp of 140) or "cuban cordon bleu"

CCB
-Slice each porkchop ALMOST in half (butterfly) creating 2 "thin" chops
- Pound each half with bumpy side of meat mallet until = half thickness
- Marinate (in 1 cup OJ, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup lime juice, 3 or 4 pressed or minced garlic cloves, splash of olive oil, and a heaping teaspoon of oregano) for about an hour
- Place chops "open" on cookie sheet
- Layer slice of swiss, ham, grilled onions, jalapenos or bannan pepper slices, and generous pinch of fresh cillantro.
- Close
- Sprinkle w/ a little cinnamon
- Bake @ 450 until internal temp is 140
- Finish off under the broiler

Serve w/ rice and beans

Why not marinate and grill them? Or place a little olive oil in a fry pan,
mix flour, bread crumbs, pepper and/or all season salt. Dredge the chops
in the flour mixture and saute them. Or season them how you would like and place them in a crockpot (nice and tender). You can also season,
and place them in a cooking bag and bake them. (350 for 45 min)
In the spice aisle of the grocery store McCormick's has seasoning/bag.
Good luck.....

I know this is late, but maybe for next time?
I do what Beth does (below) with the breadcrumbs, only I do use egg whites first. And I add some oregano, black pepper, paprika and lemon peel into my bread crumbs first.
Yum! The kiddos even love this.

You could slice them and use them for a stir fry.

i have two... one for the not so healthy but really good

- season your pork chops with what ever you normally do... then get flour and spread it all over the pork chop... shake the access off... put it on a hot skillet with the bottom covered in oil (use evoo to be a little healthier.. not much but it helps.. lol) cook both sides until golden brown... my husband and all my friends LOVE this way..

- more for the healthier side... get some soy sauce and lemon juice and water about 1/3 cup soy sauce and 1 whole lemon and fill the rest with water until you get to 1 cup.. let your pork chops soak for 30 min (at a minimum) while letting that marinate... get 1 cup of ketchup, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup... mix it all together. when your pork chops are done marinating... drench them in the bbq sauce you just made... put them on the hot grill and keep them coated with the extra sauce otherwise the bbq sauce could burn... cook them til they are done flipping them every 3 to 4 minutes... its great!!! and VERY EASY
