Have you tried your Bank first, For this reason most won't charge you s fee to do it if you bank there. Another one I use is a ship n go place off S. Carrier& Westchester by Albertsons in G.P.
But a word first if your going to a bank it is best to call first an see if they have one on duty an the time that is best to go.

I've always heard that you can get something notarized at a bank or used car lot. Since banks have shorter lobby hours, you might see if you have a local used car lot nearby and call them to see what they say. Also, most law firms have notaries, but I don't know if they will notarize for the general public and within your time limits.
Iknow this sounds crazy...but it sticks out in my mind. There is a tatoo parlor over by Kohl's on cooper (Hellbent). It used to be a florist shop. And their sign says Notary. They are open extended hours.
