All I can say is don't use Prime Properties. We rented from them for a year and they turned out to be terrible, at least for us as renters! The owner of the property we were renting wasn't happy with them either. From my own personal experience, I'd steer clear of them.

Where is the property located?
I am a Realtor, but I don't do property management. If the house is in Denton county, I can recommend a good property management company. If the house is in the mid-cities area or western Tarrant county, I have a different property manager that I can recommend.
