I was twice this past week in the hospital ER and they now want me to see a Neurogolist. The name they gave me (Dr. Bell) is not a provider with Cigna. Does anyone have someone you could recommend for me?
I want to second the response saying NOT to see Dr. Brian Joe. Definately a Quack. I don't know what you are being seen for, but Dr. Steven Herzog is the best when it comes to Migraines and my husband sees Dr. White at UTSW neurology for a whole different set of problems! I hear that all the doctors there are quite good. Good luck!
I would recomment Dr. Van Ness at UT Southwestern. He has a wonderful team!
Warning!! Do not go to Dr. Brian Joe in Allen!! He is a quack! I see a group of doctors in McKinney at the hospital off 75 and 121 Teoma Neurology....###-###-####. They also have offices in Sherman and Oklahoma. That is why they have the name they have. I have a complicated problem and have been seeing several different neuros since this past summer. I switched to this group in Novemeber '07 and since then they have been the best I could ask for. I still don't have any answers to my problems but they are the only ones trying to actually get me some answers. Good luck with your health problems!
