S.M.
My friend I was talking to tonight mentioned that she is using Nutri System. She said if you pay by the week it's like $12 but if you get the montly pass it's only like $9.
My Mom REALLY wants me to get her 2 months of Nutri system for Christmas & I was just wondering if anyone knew the prices?? Not in the mood to call one of the Reps & listen to them try & "Sell" me for an hour before they tell me the prices... :)

I think if you called them and told them flat out you want to know the prices, it's a gift, and you aren't interested then they would immediately give you the cost appreciate your sparing them the effort of the sales pitch! You could always hang up if they don't listen & try to "sell" you. Directness is your friend, it's not rude to be to the point.
It runs a little over $300 a month. That doesn't include the fresh veggies for salads and such and there are A LOT of those to add.
you can go online and find out the general prices. It basically costs about $300 a month. I did it last year. The food is pretty good but it gives you the WORST GAS! I know it sounds gross (or funny!) but they load the food up soy products for the protein and boy does it do a number on your tummy. Just fyi.
Has your mom actually tried Nutri System? It's really gross. It doesn't taste like real food. everything has a certain funny flavor to it.
But if you want to get it I think it's about $200 a month. You also have to buy produce to eat with it (fruit, salads etc...) because it doesn't include that. I recently saw some NS items at Big Lots so an alternative is to pick up a few of those.
Ediets (ediets.com) has a weekly fresh food delivery program that really includes everything. It's a little pricey at $100/wk but has gotten good reviews and is cheaper than similar programs.
Good luck to you!

Qvc.com sells Nutrisystem. They usually have package prices for a two week or 30 day supply. There's no need to talk to a consultant.
Its about 300 a month on an auto delivery program. Maybe they sell gift certificates.
Have you looked into Jenny Craig? I did this a few years ago. The food was good and so was my weight loss. I think you have to go in to see a counselor, but that helps to motivate you.
You can also purchase online at the Nutrisystem site without speaking to anyone. It's been a couple of years since I did it, so I can't tell you the prices.
You can buy a 14 day trial and I think thats like 150 dollars, which I recommend trying first. I loved Nutri System. I lost 80 pounds. The food is just okay, but its diet food. Alot of people I know tried it when they saw I was loosing on the diet but didnt stick to it. Anyway, I would try talking your mom into the 14 day trial first to see if she likes it. It does work though if you stick to the program but really expensive. A full month is $300 plus about 20 to 30 dollars a week in extras from the grocery store like salads, fruits and veggies. Also, I recommend using the web site a lot for motivation if she does Nutri System. It helps.
I also forgot to mention if you get the food pick out what you want. Do not get the pack thats offered where they pick your food. You will get all of the nasty food.
A friend and I were on the diet for over a year so I have a pretty good idea of what most people like and what most dont like based on my preferences and the message boards. You can e-mail me if you decide to order and I will tell you what to avoid and whats good if you want. It does work but you have to stick to it 100% otherwise its a waste.
Anyway, I hope it works for her! It feels awesome when the weight starts coming off!
