OB/GYN Doctor

Hi!
I personally like Dr. Tovar on Main Street Lewisville. I started to see him because once a month he opens late night. So if you work is advantage for you. I delivered 2 years ago and I don't regret having him as my doctor, until then I didn't know he was the head doctor of the Medical Center of Lewisville for Delivery and Labor Dept. I recommend Beth Dickens in Flower Mound. She is straight-forward, reliable, and friendly.

Dr. Thomas Fleidner at North TX OB/GYN Associates in Lewisville. His office is just east of Lewisville Medical Center. He is fabulous!

i can't speak highly enough of Dr. Guy VanDell!! He delivered my 1st (and only currently) son...i was a VERY extreme case with my Pre-Eclampsia and had many complications...it went so smoothly and he took such great care of me, i would NEVER have anyone else delivery my next baby but him!!!! He is in Parker Square in Flower Mound!!!

My doctor is Andrea Galusha, who I really like. She is nice, straightforward and willing to answer questions. However, when my second child was born(middle of the night) another doctor in the practice delivered him and I really liked her, too-Dr. Vicki Jo Allen. I have two friends who see her and love her. She has her main office in L'ville hospital and an office in Flower Mound. Welcome to the area!

I second the motion for Dr. Thomas Fleidner at North TX OB/GYN Associates in Lewisville. He delivered both my children. I also have at least five friends who have used him with multiple births (C-section and VBAC alike). I have never heard a complaint about him and I love his bedside manner. He will work with your birth plan and support your decisions (all except those that might risk you or the baby).

Welcome to the area, and to the joys of being pregnant again:) I absolutely love my OB, Dr. Christina Dooley!! I live in Corinth, and she is up in Denton...very close to denton presbyterian hospital. I have used the midwives (Elizabeth Dickens specifically) at Caring for Women, which is in Corinth, if you want someone closer. I liked both women, but I happen to really love the staff and care that I get with Dr. Dooley. I go to Dr. Rick Gupta in Lewisville. He is on Main St directly across from the hospital. I didn't go to him with my first pregnancy because I was on Medicaid and now I wish I had found some way to have seen him. He is really nice, doesn't make you feel wierd during exams, knows what he is doing, etc.
Dr. Franklin is in the same office as well and is a fantastic OB/Gyn also.

I see Dr. Andrea Galusha at OB/GYN Associates of Lewisville. There is an office in Medical Center of Lewisville and another office in Flower Mound. She is great and very nice...answers any questions you have. She was out unexpectedly at the end of my pregnancy with my twins, so Dr. Vicki Allen finished up my care and delivered my boys. She was wonderful as well. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the drs. at that office...I've heard good things about all of them. I really like Dr. Sylvie Paroski in Flower Mound (near 1171 and 2499, ###-###-####). She is really caring and takes the time to answer all of your questions, and the office staff is very pleasant and organized as well (which sounds like a little thing but really ends up being very important considering how much time you spend in your OB/GYN's office when you're pregnant!)

Dr. Guy Van Dell in Parker Square is a wonderful dr. I will not go to another dr.

I did have a very bad experience with one of the dr.s listed on this page during my entire first pregnancy so shop wisely. We almost changed dr.s during my 7th month because things were getting worse. The dr. cancelled so many appts and really disappointed us since my husband arranged his work schedule around the appts and then had to miss when they were suddenly rescheduled. I see Dr. Bradley Axline in Lewisville. He has one office at Lewisville Medical Center (which has a great maternity ward and a dedicated Anesthesiologist, so no waiting for a ER event to get treated first) and an other office in Flower Mound. He delivered our first and will be delivering our second in December.

He's part of a OB Medical group so there is always someone on call if you need it and his assistant Opal is amazing!

I go to OBGYN Assoc of Lewisville and love it there. Their midwife, Heather Caudell, did my delivery and it was great. The doc I used for my hysterectomy is Dr. Gary Rose and he is very nice, as well as being voted best OBGYN in Denton County 3 years in a row. Both experiences I have had with them have been great and I would reccomend them highly. They are also located inside Medical Center of Lewisville on the third floor of the professional tower. They are huge and you are treated like a number and run through like cattle. I have had personal and professional experience with this group and I do not reccomend them to anyone. Hope this helps. Dr. Owens was/is my OB/GYN. I can't compliment him enough.

My pregnancy was complicated and he and his staff couldn't have been more sensitive and attentive.

His recall for details is/was impressive and the fact that he never rushed me thru my appointments made my whole pregnancy so much nicer.

He has a great bedside manner and he's personable, unlike any doctor I have ever been to. My husband and in-laws were very impressed with him as well. I hope you give him an opportunity to be your doctor. Good luck in your search!

I saw Dr. Dooley in Denton with my last baby who is 9 month. She is very loving and kind and gives you all the time you need. She is extremely thorough and has a wonderful group of partners which is important to look at the other doctors who share on-call just in case. She is good about being their for delivery especially if you are high risk.
I have heard great things about Dr. Fliedner in Lewisville.

First of all congrats on your new addition coming soon. I don't know if you have a gender preference when it comes to an ob/gyn, but I go to OB/GYN Associates in Lewisville as well as some of the other people who have posted here. I personally see Dr Axline and love him. He has delivered 3 of my kiddos so far and will be delivering my 4th in October. His assistant Opal is awesome. Very compassionate, upbeat and understanding. Dr Axline is very sweet and has a great bedside demeanor. I never feel like I am pestering his staff with all my questions and or concerns. I know there are women in the practice as well, although I have never had any experience with them personally. All of my kiddos have been born at Lewisville Medical Center and I love it.
