I was wondering if anyone has ever taken a ONE FIT MAMA class and what your thoughts were about the classes. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi J.,
My name is M.. I have taken many One Fit Mama classes and loved them all. Classes involve a combination of cardio and strength training, and core training at the end. There are a variety of locations and Tricia has made is super easy to drop in at any one of them depending on you schedule that day. I think each class location has some uniqueness depending on the location which also keeps it fun!! I should mention that my kids love it too, I have a 3.5 yr old and a 22mo old. I hope that helps.

Great-if you go tell Trisha Perez (owner ) that D. referred you and you'll get a good deal and discount.
Depending where you live, there is also Baby Boot Camp. Look on-line for class locations.

I have been going to OFM at the Oxford Valley Mall since it began last February. At the time my daughter was 5 months old, she is now 18m and I also have a newborn. I took some time off to have the baby but we are back now and I LOVE IT! The instructor is great and so are the other moms that attend. After class we grab a coffee and head down to Kidgits so the kids can play and the moms can chat! You should join us. We meet on Tuesday mornings at 9am in the food court. D.

Hi J.,
I don't know much about ONE FIT MAMA, but I'm an instructor for Baby Boot Camp. I first learned about BBC after I had my daughter and was looking for a way to exercise and be with her at the same time. It's a fun class and a great workout too. I still bring her with me and she's 4! You should definitely check it out!

Hey J.,
I took the class in Conshohoken at Athlete's advantage and I loved it. My 2 year old ran around and played while I pushed my 2 month old in the stroller. It is a little expensive, but it was like a class for me and my daughter so I think its worth it. you can probably email the owner Tricia and ask for a try out class.

I am an instructor for Baby Boot Camp. I highly recommend you try this class. We have so much fun using resistance bands, our strollers and even our babies and toddlers to get a great workout. The kids have such fun playing together as us moms get a chance to vent all about parenting. We have locations all over the country. The website is www.babybootcamp.com

I have been looking into Baby Boot camp for awhile, but we have none here in Pittsburgh yet. I would join in a min and to have my daughter be apart of the experience would be wonderful.

I have been attending Baby Boot Camp for over a year (and am now certified to instruct it as well). Right after having my now 21 month old daughter, I searched and searched for a stroller fitness class. Baby Boot Camp was close to my home and the class times worked out well. It was the best way to get out of the house, lose all my baby weight and make friends. My daughter loved it too (and still does). I actually liked the class so much - how it made me feel, the energy it gave me, etc. - that I decided to take the time to get certified through AFAA to teach. Good luck and enjoy the time with your newborn!
